Your PM is your single point of contact from kickoff to keys. They coordinate trades, run the schedule, and answer your questions.
W-2 crews
Every framer, finisher, and lead is a W-2 employee. Background-checked, drug-tested, OSHA-trained. No rotating subcontracted crews.
Documented service
Every project generates a photo record, permit set, and warranty pack you keep for the life of the home.
Licensed & insured
Georgia general contractor license #GC-000000. Fully insured, bonded, and background-checked. Workers comp and general liability documented on request.
